Our website uses Eway as its' secure payment gateway. This ensures security for our customers. Through this system you can use BankCard, MasterCard and Visa.
Shipping
You may notice that we have entered a shipment date for each of our products. Products show either: "Product ships: Next business day" or "Product ships: Next order cycle". This can be located under the product number.
Product ships: Next Business Day
This means that we have the product in stock and it will be shipped to you on the next business day. Our stock base has grown considerably and we keep our most popular stock items on hand unless our supplier is unable to supply them.
Product Ships: Next Order Cycle
In order to continue to offer our products as cheaply as possible we have decided to institute 2 "Order Cycles" each month on products which we do not have in stock. Our stock base has grown and we can now provide our most popular items to our customers on the next business day. However, if there are things that have to be ordered from overseas we will place the order with our wholesaler on the advertised date. Generally things take between two to three weeks to arrive in Australia from the time that our order is placed with our wholesaler. Our next order date is:

Overseas Orders
Due to some difficulties we have had with fraudulent use of credit cards, we find that we must hold all international orders for at least a period of ten days before processing. Please contact us if you have any concerns.
Members Area
Our Members Area is free to join. It offers children's nursery rhymes and songs with words and music, crosswords and word searches, all of which is free and of course there are additional specials and offers for members. In the coming months there will be printable information sheets on history, instruments and composers. We do no send out annoying emails to people who join.
