Pencils.....we are currently updating our pencils catalog. We hope that the new product layout will be easier to use.
Payment Options
Our website uses Eway as its' secure payment gateway. This ensures security for our customers. When our customers get to the payment part of their ordering process they are no longer on our website, but Eway's. Through this system you can use BankCard, MasterCard and Visa. This is the only payment option available for international orders.
Cheque payments for domestic (Australian) customers are also acceptable, please send us an email if you would like this option so we can calulate GST and postage. Orders are only shipped once cheques have been cleared.
Shipping
You may notice that we have
entered a shipment date for each of our products. Products show
either: "Product ships: Next business day" or "Product ships: Next
order cycle". This can be located under the product number.
Product ships: Next Business Day
This
means that we have the product in stock and it will be shipped to you on the next
business day. Our stock base has grown considerably and we keep our
most popular stock items on hand unless our supplier is unable to
supply them.
Product Ships: Next Order Cycle
In order to continue to offer our
products as cheaply as possible we have decided to institute 2 "Order
Cycles" each month on products which we do not have in stock. Our stock
base has grown and we can now provide our most popular items to our
customers on the next business day. However, if there are things that
have to be ordered from overseas we will place the order with our
wholesaler on the advertised date. Generally things take between two
to three weeks to arrive in Australia from the time that our order is
placed with our wholesaler. Our next order date is:
