You are entitled to a refund or repair or exchange or credit if the products you've bought are:

Claims for refunds need to be made within 14 days of receipt of goods.
When you buy you should choose carefully. You don't automatically get a refund for simply changing your mind unless this was a condition of the sale or part of our advertised policy. Unfortunately, due to copyright regulations, CDs and printed materials cannot be refunded.
Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
If your product is lost during shipment, we will do our best to replace your product as soon as possible (depending upon product availability). In order to confirm that an order has been lost, we must wait until the maximum delivery time has expired before replacing your product.
The Music Menagerie recommends that the purchaser insures goods as we take no responsibility for goods damaged in transit. We inspect all goods prior to despatch to ensure the quality of our merchandise.
